Amor Prohibido: Selena Biopic Screening, DJ Sets, & Community Ofrenda

SOB’s Presents: AMOR PROHIBIDO. An immersive cultural celebration honoring Hispanic Heritage Month and Día de los Muertos traditions with a tribute to the Queen of Tejano music, Selena Quintanilla. The evening will feature a screening of the 1997 biopic Selena, followed by drinking & dancing with DJ quest.mp3 spinning cumbia, tejano, & more. Guests are also encouraged to participate in our community ofrenda, and bring photos to honor their loved ones together. Dinner & drinks available, including signature Día de Los Muertos cocktail specials! As Hispanic Heritage Month ends and Día de los Muertos approaches, join us as we bring both celebrations together — honoring past generations and uplifting the dynamic living culture, music, and art that defines the community today.
