NYC-DSA Victory Party

Join NYC-DSA to celebrate our collective work this year — electing a historic slate of democratic socialists to state and federal office, reaching 15,000 dues-paying members, and delivering on the affordability agenda with a 2-year rent freeze and a balanced pro-worker city budget. We'll have two of DSA's own holding down the backyard. Body Copy is a Brooklyn-based DJ and producer whose played across the city spinning house, UKG, and bass. They organize with our Trans Rights and Bodily Autonomy (TRBA), Ecosocialist, and Cinema With Comrades working groups. Ziggz is a long-time member born and raised in the BX, elected in June to the County Committee in AD-84. Being a dancer before even DSA, he knows what's good. More than 20 chapter working groups will be tabling, ready to talk to you about the chaos wrought by capitalists and invite you to take action to help clean up their mess. We'll have NYC-DSA drip available, and speeches by some special guests. — Note: Entry will be on a first come, first served basis. RSVPs are not tickets — just show up to Nowadays' backyard and go through the security line. We recommend arriving early to guarantee entry. The party was postponed from the original date (7/18) due to bad weather.
