Three years ago, we opened the doors to Dead Letter No. 9 and began this strange, beautiful journey. This October marks our third anniversary, and naturally, we’re celebrating with three rooms of music and all the beautiful chaos that has made this place what it is. We’re kicking things off early with free live music in the Foyer from 6:30–8:30PM. Tony Flow and band Vereda INTL, bring their signature vinyl-and-live-drums hybrid to life with a full-band blend of funk, Latin rhythms, and soul. Robert PM of Toucan Sounds takes over at 9PM—and yes, there will be a live trumpet rendition of “Happy Birthday.” Smurfoudirty, Joopiter, and Samir Hall carry the Foyer through the rest of the night. In CARGO, Borbón, Ksenyeah (NYC Rave Girls), Manguito and Timo Lee take the reigns bringing high-energy, anything-goes dance-floor chaos. The Porch showroom will be activated with a third dance floor with Mago + Friends taking over from midnight until close. We’ll also have exclusive Dead Letter No. 9 merch available for sale, including custom shot glasses; your chance to take a little piece of Dead Letter history home with you. Three rooms. One big birthday. Live music, trumpet solos, big dance floor energy, dirty dancing, and a lineup filled with the friends who’ve helped make Dead Letter what it is. Venue opens at 5PM | Kitchen open late | 21+
