BCB Takeover: ON THE FLY NOLA

**First Class: Madame X is On The Fly’s New York debut, touching down June 7, 2026 at 94 W. Houston St., in partnership with Black Irish Irish Cream, Ron Zacapa, Volans Tequila, and El Buho Mezcal.** On The Fly is a travel-forward cocktail pop-up series that brings New Orleans bartenders to bar-forward cities around the world. Founded by Beatriz Polanco, it’s built around a simple idea: the bar industry runs on relationships, and the best ones are made in person, over a great drink, somewhere new. There’s something that happens when you land somewhere and the city opens up around you. On The Fly lives in that feeling. Every installation is its own arrival, New Orleans talent touching down in new rooms, meeting new people, trading stories over something worth drinking, and leaving with connections that go deeper than a follow. On The Fly is more than just drinks. It’s about who you meet when you get there.
