Welcome to my summer yoga series at Maria Hernandez! We will be set up weekly inside the park by the entrance at Starr + Knickbocker. You can expect a beginner-friendly flow that can be modified to be more challenging. We will first ground our practice in breathwork and finish up with some after-flow tea. ☕️ Donations will go towards me continuing to build out this series, including buying mats, blocks, and tea for our weekly flows. I hope to see you there! 😊
