BROOKLYN FAVELA Brooklyn Favela brings the sounds of Brazil and the African diaspora to The Se7en for one night. Featuring three DJs with deep roots in their respective scenes: DJ Julio Rodrigues (Rio de Janeiro) — A leading figure in Rio’s Afro music scene, blending Afrobeats, Amapiano, Afro House, and Brazilian sounds. Papi Weli (Minas Gerais / NYC) — A longtime champion of Baile Funk in New York who has been bringing Brazilian club culture to the city for over a decade. New York’s very own LSJ — A DJ and event curator who has spent over 10 years helping shape Brooklyn and Manhattan’s nightlife through his DJ sets and culturally driven events. Expect a soundtrack of Afrobeats, Amapiano, Baile Funk, R&B, and Dancehall, with caipirinhas flowing at the bar all night and the kitchen will be open if you’re hungry.
