Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned pro, this open-level series invites you to let loose, explore embodiment, and embrace your confidence. This community-rooted training is crafted for dancers & non-dancers alike looking to refine their technique, build performance stamina, and explore stage presence through sensuality, precision, and play. Whether you’re stepping into your power for the first time or sharpening your shine—this space is for you. ✨ Modifications are always accommodated. Show up as you are. This is a space where all bodies, boundaries, and backgrounds are respected. We use gender-affirming language, offer standing, seated, or floor-based options, and keep things flexible so you can move at your own pace. Sometimes we’ll offer modifications right away, and other times you might have to ask—and that’s totally welcome here. Water breaks are always a yes. Taking it easy is never judged. WHAT IS OPEN BURLESQUE? This class helps you explore what sensuality means to you in a world that often punishes femme power.
