A moment to nourish your unique essence. Sharisse Francisco joins us at the garden for a special night of guided sauna sessions, breathwork, and immersive sounds. Come by after work, sweat it out, meet a new friend or lover, feel something. ✩ WHAT TO EXPECT ✩ ꩜ 30 min sauna sessions with 10-minute experiences led by Sharisse at 5:30, 6:00, and 6:30PM ꩜ Guided meditation and breathwork designed to release tension, get embodied, and empower you ꩜ Live sound journey led by Sharisse in the outdoor amphitheater at 7:15PM to reset your nervous system and elevate your mind, body, and spirit ꩜ Aromatic infusions with organic essential oils at the top of every hour NOTE: for those wanting longer sessions, we encourage you to book back-to-back slots. ✩ WHAT TO BRING ✩ Swimsuit Towel Water-friendly footwear ✩ CHANGING ROOMS ✩ Private changing pods will be available, along with shelves to store your belongings. We recommend arriving with your swimsuit already on. ✩ SAFER SPACE ✩ All bodies, all genders, all sizes. Consent and care are non-negotiable. No harassment, hate, or aggressive behavior. No alcohol. ✩ ACCESSIBILITY ✩ Ground-level outdoor garden with mixed paving and soil. Seating available in and near the sauna.
