On behalf of our 4th year residents at CaribBeing House, we are proud to welcome visiting artist [Djassi DaCosta Johnson](https://www.instagram.com/djauniversal/?hl=en) to lead a workshop based on the healing power of dance and fungal rhythm. > DaCosta Johnson, a dancer, movement specialist and Professor of Dance, has constructed her **Mycelium Movement Workshop** around the interconnectedness of the aforementioned fungal growth that energetically links the living world. In celebration of I AM CARIBBEING's ongoing residency exhibition "¢urren$ea", DaCosta Johnson will ground the upcoming workshop in acknowledgement of the fervent growth and expansion that shapes Caribpolitan identity, from our islands to the world. _The Caribbeing House is located at Building 408A, Colonels Row on Governors Island_
