**EVENT DATE: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2026** **EVENT TIME: 12PM-7PM (7 HOURS)** **EVENT LOCATION: BROOKLYN ROOTS COLLECTIVE (255 RANDOLPH ST, BROOKLYN, NY 11237)** _**INDOOR AND OUTDOOR EVENT**_ **ACCEPTING: VINTAGE, JEWELRY, APPAREL BRANDS, STREETWEAR, Y2K, HYPE, COLLECTIBLES, ARTISTS, TOOTH GEMS, FLASH TATTOOS, DESSERTS, DRINKS, FOOD BOOTHS, FOOD TRUCKS + MORE!** _PLEASE READ VENDOR INFO BELOW THOROUGHLY_ * Convention style booths encouraged. Any setup is allowed as long as you stay within your allotted space and does not interfere with other vendor booths. Tables and racks must be within your allotted space. GET CREATIVE! **BOOTH SHARING:** (1) business per allotted space will be allowed. Vendors are NOT allowed to sell their spaces to other vendors, bring in other vendors to sell with them, transfer their space, or give their space away for any reason. This is for the safety of all our attendees and vendors as each business and responsible personnel must be accounted for. **APPROVAL PROCESS:** ALL SUBMISSIONS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. Acceptance is not guaranteed, even if you are a returning vendor. Due to the volume of interest, The Melting Pot Market does not send denial emails or messages. If not accepted, funds will be reversed to your account. Please submit your business social media accounts, sites, and email when applying. Personal accounts unrelated to your business will not be approved. You must submit payment, then you will be approved/denied. Once APPROVED, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions and a unique QR CODE. If DENIED, your vendor fee will automatically reversed back to you. We reserve the right to refuse approval for any reason. Please submit product or setup pictures for marketing materials via email (if desired) as this helps your approval odds. Rescheduling of an event will only take place due to extreme weather (Excessive Heat/Freezing Conditions /Lightning Storms) **ELECTRICITY:** Electricity will not be provided at this venue. Bring battery operated lighting.
