WHY NOT NOW? (Sunday)

This Memorial Day Weekend, May 23–24, EMW & ZERO invite you to witness the transformation of Brooklyn’s architectural history into a living sanctuary of modern sound. Why Not Now? is more than an inaugural festival; it is a meticulously curated boutique experience set within the towering industrial monoliths and open-air corridors of Industry City. By blending raw urban aesthetics with cutting-edge audiovisual production, the event serves as a high-concept canvas where sound, light, and human connection converge. This two-day residency is designed to capture the "future in the present," offering a sophisticated alternative to the standard festival circuit and establishing a new benchmark for electronic music culture in New York City. The festival’s sonic journey is anchored by a prestigious mosaic of global visionaries across two days. The festival culminates in a legendary performance by Drum & Bass royalty Chase & Status. This final evening features a historic, North American debut B2B set from Joy (Anonymous) and MPH, alongside the genre-defining sounds of UK garage pioneer Flava D and Toronto experimentalist Bambii. Whether attending for a single day of focused curation or securing a 2-Day Pass to witness the full evolution of the "Why Not Now?" vision, guests will experience a masterclass in global electronic innovation. 21+ RAIN OR SHINE
