The Spill Canvas

the Spill Canvas started in 2002 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota as a side project for Nick Thomas, who was guitarist and backup vocalist for metalcore band Nodes of Ranvier before going full-time with the group. Thomas recorded his first songs at age 15 with funding and encouragement from his father.
