The Fleshtones

the Fleshtones formed in Queens in 1976 and mix garage rock with rockabilly, '50s and '60s R&B, and surf—what they call "Super Rock." expect fuzz guitar and Farfisa organ, all built on the idea of returning rock and roll to the simplicity of the '50s and early '60s.

sounds like: The Cynics, The Nomads, Lyres, The Chesterfield Kings, The Barracudas, The Remains
