Protomartyr

detroit post-punk quartet formed in 2010 out of a tight-knit local scene. guitarist Greg Ahee, bassist Scott Davidson, and drummer Alex Leonard came up through earlier projects like Butt Babies, playing dive bars and basements before setting up in an industrial warehouse. Ahee and vocalist Joe Casey connected at the Gem Theater and bonded over music and the local scene.
