Negative Approach

detroit hardcore punk band formed in 1981, active again since 2006. considered a pioneer of the genre alongside Minor Threat, Bad Brains, and Black Flag, though they stayed largely local during their original run. they're now idolized in the detroit underground and broader punk circles as an elite old school act.
